Unable to repair mechanical failure under warranty I have been satisfied with Elhart in the past and have purchased several vehicles from them over the years.. However, on this vehicle, still under wa I have been satisfied with Elhart in the past and have purchased several vehicles from them over the years.. However, on this vehicle, still under warranty, they are unwilling or unable to repair my AC system, which is malfunctioning since I’ve purchased the vehicle. I am very unhappy with them and have told them that. I will not purchase any vehicles from Elhart in the future if this situation is not resolved! More

Almost perfect My requested service items were completed as expected. However in the completion of reinstalling the rubber trim piece on the roof apparently the tech My requested service items were completed as expected. However in the completion of reinstalling the rubber trim piece on the roof apparently the technician used the driver side rear door threshold to reach roof. In doing so a large grease spot was left in the carpet and several grease streaks were left on the vehicle in that area. Disappointing. More
