Disappointed I made my appointment to have my 2015 Yukon serviced in preparation for my trip West to spend the Winter. I always have the package where tires are ch I made my appointment to have my 2015 Yukon serviced in preparation for my trip West to spend the Winter. I always have the package where tires are checked and rotated, belts and hoses checked, fluids checked and topped off, oil and filter changed and vacuumed and vehicle washed. I handed the coupon to the serviceman that I received in the mail for $59.95 for these services to be performed. Apparently there was a communication breakdown because I only got oil and filter changed and multipoint inspection. Also a factory recall item was addressed and taken care of, regarding brakes. When the serviceman came to get me saying my vehicle was ready I was surprised as it was so fast. I asked if everything was done already, like tires rotated and all of the other items and he said they were told I just wanted an oil change. I wasn't very happy but paid a lowered charge, and asked why the cheap price..... So after thinking about this I called today to make another appointment to get the other tasks taken care of. I travel 2,000 miles going and another 2,000 miles coming home BY MYSELF and I want to be confident that my vehicle is in the best possible condition for my travels. I and my late husband have bought our vehicles and had all service done at Elhart's for 20 years and have always been pleased but this time, not so much!!! More
