Jon is very responsive to my calls and very accommodating. He looked up service bulletins and was able to get an unknown issue resolved under warranty before is became a major problem. My truck was in the shop to identify and fix a vibration that was coming from the rear of the truck--a less than two year old Denali. It was there for two + weeks and they declared it fixed. In less than fi that was coming from the rear of the truck--a less than two year old Denali. It was there for two + weeks and they declared it fixed. In less than five miles it was clear that it was actually worse--even my 12 year old granddaughter felt it as she rode with me. I have already written my answer in another posting. Yet, I have received no response. Sorry to be so harsh, but this is not what I expected when one of the salespeople I was working with on buying a new vehicle told me I should expect for Elhart's expert shop. Doug Roossien More
