We purchased a replacement vehicle that had been totaled. Working with Jr de la Rosa made purchasing a vehicle beyond easy. Working with Caryn was also appreciated, as she too answered questions and promptly returned calls. The red carpet at car possession time was so cute, just another one of the ways they provided OUTSTANDING customer service!!! We traveled approximately 1.5 hrs to purchase this vehicle. We wouldn't hesitate a bit to travel that distance again to work with Jr & Caryn, should the need every arise. They not only displayed the ultimate example of customer service, they showed true caring and kindness. Wonderful people!!! More

I recommend Junior Del Rosa. I live in Nebraska and was trying to find a Toyota Tundra. There are few clean tundras for sale here so I started looking out of state. I was concerned about the undercarriage and Junior helped me that that. He sent a video right away. He replied to every single text that I sent about the Truck. Finally, I liked the truck and wanted to purchase it. So I deposited $500 and booked my flights to Grand Rapids. GR is about 35 minutes east of Holland. Junior came in the morning to pick us up from the hotel. We test-drove. He took the time to show us around Holland. He treated us as if he knows us for years. The truck was awesome and most importantly the hospitality of Junior Del Rosa at Elhart made the deal a success. More
