The Elhart Service Department is very efficient in their work. However, the estimate for my repair given verbally by them before I took my vehicle in. Once in the service bay, I was informed that they had work. However, the estimate for my repair given verbally by them before I took my vehicle in. Once in the service bay, I was informed that they had costed the wrong part for my vehicle and the actual correct part was going to cost. I felt stuck. It ended up costing over 2.5 times the verbal estimate. More
