The transaction was easy but the truck was not detailed before I picked up as promised. I needed a ride to get to the dealership and had no choice but to take the vehicle as is in order to get home. My wife and I were looking at buying a new Genesis ,we came to the dealer not quite sure what we were getting into.I haven’t had a new car in long time! Luckily we came to the right dealership we were treated with nothing but kindness and courtesy from the moment we walked in to the moment we left ! our salesman Ben Marietta was great! gave us lots of options lots of ideas was there to explain everything we needed to know .made us feel like family a great experience all around we were very pleased. We ended up finding one that we wanted and then had to go to the loan department where we met an awesome person named Caryn de la Rosa we were nervous about getting a loan and how to go about it and again we were walked through the whole thing by Caryn she made us feel so comfortable it took the edge off of worrying about the loan she did whatever she had to do to make sure that we got the loan and we were happy with The terms within!! Throughout the loan process we had a great time talking with Caryn she made us feel like we were at her house or something just comfortable as can be! This was the best experience we’ve ever had buying a car I would recommend this dealer to anyone I repeat anyone that would like to get a good deal on a car and not be pushed into something they don’t want this place was there for me and my wife They made us feel 100% comfortable we left with a beautiful 2023 genesis G 70!thank you to everyone involved at the dealership I’m sure will be doing business for years to come ,Jon and Jessica Matthews .. I came to the dealership to test drive a car I found on cars.com that was listed through their wholesale "fixer upper" department. He also pulled the car to the front for me, heaters on for the winter chill, and talked about the carfax before I drove it. Even though I didn't take the car I originally looked at, he was happy to have me come in the next day to look at more. The dealership is quite a long ways to drive, about an hour, but the large amount of inventory and Adam's disposition made another trip worth my while. The next day, I looked at a few more cars and found one perfect for me. He happily introduced me to Jennifer O’Brien-Martinez, their finance director, who is one of the most friendly and personable people I have ever met. She helped me apply for a loan very quickly and made sure I knew what I was buying and how much everything was going to cost. Since this was my first Auto loan, she made sure I was set up with a credit building program to help build my credit, and also made sure I received a 2 year warranty. I returned on the following monday when my insurance for the car kicked in and she helped me finish everything and showed me every important detail in all of the paperwork. Once we were done, she was almost as excited as I was to bring my new (to me) car home! Overall, the lot was well organized, all buildings are clearly labeled and easy to find and navigate. When I first came to the dealership, I could not remember which building to go to, and I was pointed in the right direction by Laura Van Howe, who was friendly and seemed happy to help. All the cars I test drove were clean, with plastic floor protectors, and had at least a half tank of gas. The first car I looked at was having its radio replaced (presumably because of battery draw), which is a good sign that they make sure the car is at least drivable before selling. All staff I met in the wholesale department was friendly and professional, including Duane Scholten, who I spoke with briefly. The interior of the wholesale office was clean and professional looking. When I asked to look at more vehicles, Adam helped me select a few by beginning an application with Jennifer and giving her my budget, preferred down payment amount, and model style. I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion for a decent price and if I ever need another car, I know the first place I will check will be here. More
After totaling out my Equinox, I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I had never been through that before. Jen and Duane were very helpful, as always and got Me back on the road in a day!! I love dealing with Tyler and (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) the guy that works with him. The one thing I didn't care for was the woman who answers the phone when I call the GM building. I told her that I believed my battery needed replacement. She told me that since I had a Jeep, I had to go to a Jeep dealership to have my Jeep put on their computer as this dealership could not do this. So, I ended up waiting and tried to get my Jeep into Crown so the diagnostics could be done there. Well, their dealership was months out in scheduling and my car would have to be there and maybe when they had time they could check it out. Well, my battery did die, I had my vehicle towed to Elhart GMC building, and called in the morning to see what could be done. Tyler told me my appointment would be for 2:30 that day and he would get back to me. Of course, Tyler got this done way before 2:30 and found that there was a portion of the battery that was bad. He sent the shuttle to pick me up. Tyler was surprised that I was told the runaround business and said their garage can help me with all my needs. So, other than the female telling me incorrect information I am happy that Tyler is there to help me out More
