Service department does not answer the phone or return messages. Left a message the night my car broke down, didn’t return the call. Finally got through to service 3 days after that and they gave me the wrong answer to my question. Called back today and they did not answer the phone again. Had to call the sales department and then the overall service manager to finally be able to talk to someone and be told they couldn’t help me with my problem and left me to foot the repair bill. More upset about the lack of response and lack of communication than the repair bill. More

The worst dealer that I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of buying over 28 cars! Bought a vehicle and the dealer committed to a I OWE YOU for something that was missing from the vehicle. As a first time car buyer who is only 19, I didn’t really know what to expect walking into dealerships. I went to Motormax of Holland before I went to see Junior at Ziegler of Holland. The cars I was being shown just weren’t cutting it for me, and the salesperson didn’t know much about the vehicles he was showing me. I decided to go see Junior and Caryn De la Rosa. Right away when I reached out to junior he was ready to see us the next day! He showed us multiple different cars and helped us search for the one. He knew what I was looking for and what I wanted. Once we figured out the vehicle was the one, Junior and Caryn got straight to work! They kept me updated at all times and answered all my questions with no hesitation. They took wonderful care of me as a fist time car buyer and I definitely learned some new things from them about car buying. I’ll definitely be going back in the future to work with them.
