It has been three months and they have done nothing. I have an expired temporary tag my taxes that were supposed to be paid have not been paid. they do not return phone calls! Beware!!! I am not sure where my taxes have gone, but I fully intend to track them down and file any criminal charges for theft once I find out where my money is because it is not with the state of Georgia where they were to file them. I am left with a vehicle that can’t be driven because it’s not registered and I am out of pocket over $110,000! More

I was sent a misleading sweepstakes in the mail from Zeigler Plainwell that featured a "winning" ticket for $10,000. It turns out that it was a predatory scam tactic to get people into their store - and Zeigler Plainwell that featured a "winning" ticket for $10,000. It turns out that it was a predatory scam tactic to get people into their store - and only resulted in a "chance" to win a prize (and not the one shown on the form). I would highly suggest staying away from this predatory institution, and any other that would knowingly send out scams such as this. More

Recently took my 2017 F450 to Zeigler ford Plainwell for a yearly D.O.T. certification. Took their service department over 3 weeks to complete. Upon picking up truck I discovered the steering wheel off cent a yearly D.O.T. certification. Took their service department over 3 weeks to complete. Upon picking up truck I discovered the steering wheel off center 45 degrees to the left. The service advisor stated they were unable to do a front end alignment after they replaced a ball joint. They still charged me for it. I then had to take the truck to Wonderland Tire to have a professional computer alignment done correctly. They stated the front alignment was so far off that it would have ruined the front tires had I not brought it in to be corrected. If you want your vehicles repaired correctly do not go to Harold Zeigler Plainwell. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Take it to a qualified mechanic. Paul Hamlin More
