The technician found that my brake pads and rotors on my rear wheels were in the red zone, so I told them to go ahead with the brake job. They were able to perform the work that same day. It wasn’t cheap to have it done, but I am satisfied with the work they did. I will use them again for service. More

But fast forward 9 months later i can’t even get a simple oil change without a attitude from a service advisor. They never answer the phone & so have to drive all the way there from aurora to get a simple answer that i could’ve gotten over the phone. Last time i got my oil changed from them they didn’t put the hood down all the way & my hood flew up on the expressway. Tried to give the car back to them & they wouldn’t take it & they denied that the accident wasn’t their fault. But it happened literally a day after i got the oil changed. Now my car looks bad. I really regret buying a car from here & if i could leave no stars i would. More
