Dear Amanda, as a people manager I can see that you are better than that job. You did all the work that morning to help me. To go a step further your colleagues delayed my own start to my job. I rolled in better than that job. You did all the work that morning to help me. To go a step further your colleagues delayed my own start to my job. I rolled in with my friend’s Mach-E and I was told 3 times by 2-3 different employees while I stood in the garage that someone would help me soon. I incorrectly assumed that meant someone would walk up to me. I finally figured out I had to walk to the actual service desk where you were standing while you were operating phones, taking keys, punching in computer stuff, being polite and answering every one of my questions with no help from your colleagues. They need to fix that PA system. If I were in there I would go nuts. Really, you did great. The rest of the team needs to get a clue and help you. Thank you for helping me on my first visit to Zeigler Ford - where the only people working seemed to be you and the repair guys at the bays. Isn’t there another ford place off 66?
