There's no getting bounced around from person to person. Before my test drive, Mauro was great at explaining all the features of the Bronco sport I was looking at. He also got the appraisal process on my trade-in going while I test-drove the Bronco. Since it was my first time buying a car, he was fantastic at walking me through all the paperwork and the options available that could be added on. John explained the financing options and paperwork very well, making that part of the car-buying experience a breeze. I can't recommend Mauro or John enough, they were both super personable and helped me feel comfortable and confident in all the decisions made that day. More

Recommend the dealership. But its major flaws are having no loaner cars. Having to wait for a shuttle, that drags to get ready. And the driver decided to go from farthest to closer, even tho the other people came in later while the two people that waited the 40min got dropped last. When I had a Jeep, they atleast got you a rental car, at no cost to you. Until your car (that had factory recalls) got fixed for 2 days. I would assume from all the 5K price markups, would give a benefit of having loaner car. More
