Dear Amanda, as a people manager I can see that you are better than that job. You did all the work that morning to help me. To go a step further your colleagues delayed my own start to my job. I rolled in with my friend’s Mach-E and I was told 3 times by 2-3 different employees while I stood in the garage that someone would help me soon. I incorrectly assumed that meant someone would walk up to me. I finally figured out I had to walk to the actual service desk where you were standing while you were operating phones, taking keys, punching in computer stuff, being polite and answering every one of my questions with no help from your colleagues. They need to fix that PA system. If I were in there I would go nuts. Really, you did great. The rest of the team needs to get a clue and help you. Thank you for helping me on my first visit to Zeigler Ford - where the only people working seemed to be you and the repair guys at the bays. Isn’t there another ford place off 66? Horrible Dealer the absolute worst buying experience! ! Do Not waste your hard earned money and valuable time with any Ziegler dealer like I did, this past summer 07/2024 I purchased a used 2018 Subaru Wr ! Do Not waste your hard earned money and valuable time with any Ziegler dealer like I did, this past summer 07/2024 I purchased a used 2018 Subaru Wrx with 69k miles when I first took the vehicle home I noticed a antifreeze leak right away, then the charging ports did not work then heard a lot of rattling the service department took my car in to fix the issue multiple times I had to take this vehicle to a muffler shop to fix my rattles Ziegler service could never find which was the exhaust down pipe missing 2 screws after that before my 2 week warranty ended more noises appeared causing me to take the vehicle multiple times back and dealing with the berwyn location manager Mike who then sent it to Subaru long story short the transmission was replaced by Subaru but no clutch in august because they didn’t want to spend more $$ replacing the clutch also stating it was in fair condition under there garbage scamming 2 week warranty after receiving the car back by Subaru in countryside the starter needed to be replaced out of my pocket also the battery in December 2024 I took it back to Subaru Chicago where they stated the vehicle indeed needs a clutch and mentioned it should of been done with the transmission job I will be uploading photos documents and proof they did not inspect that vehicle I’n trade and just sold me a problem which I’m currently stuck with a 550 fresh note and a over 2k clutch job without having this car 8+ months mind you every time they took my car to service there was no loaner and they held this car more than 30 days after I first bought it don’t do business with them go buy new and don’t be dumb like I was! I hope this review helps many people! Lastly I was told my account was transferred here because berwyn closed down and fired there service manager but there was still no help or loaners offered to get my vehicle fixed. I’m dealing with my headache because they are no help or for there customers strictly for the sale and money only!
