My dealings with Zeigler Ford of North Riverside is with both service departments, Quick Lane and the Full Service. My experience has always been great. The service advisor listen to my concerns and do what both service departments, Quick Lane and the Full Service. My experience has always been great. The service advisor listen to my concerns and do what is required in-order to resolve my problem. I took my 2020 Expedition in for a oil change and other necessary work that had to be performed due to mileage. Service Advisor 4249 Steve Cardenas was very pleasant to deal with. After speaking about the work that was required and the time frame, Steve offer my husband and I a ride home. More

I brought my vehicle in because of a mfg. recall. The staff at the Service Desk, was extremely courteous and helpful. The vehicle was serviced and returned to me after it washed and vacuumed recall.
