Was able to get in same day as phone call(within 1 hour) for the service I wanted done to my '09 Challenger.(installation of a cold air induction kit, supplied by me). My 2004 Sebring was displaying the check engine light. I called the dealership asking if I could drop it off after work and when their hours of business were. When I arrived around 7:55pm I was greeted with called the dealership asking if I could drop it off after work and when their hours of business were. When I arrived around 7:55pm I was greeted with courtesy and information. The car was left. A call was received mid morning the next day with the results of many tests. Options and costs were quoted. The detailed work order was specific and the technician explained every test and retest he had completed. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cost was under the original quote. I have been extremely satisfied with the service received at the dealership. For all intents and purposes when the time to purchase a different vehicle arrives - Harold Zeiglar's will be place of choice. Another selling points the dealership offers are - quick lubes and extended hours of business. More
I have three Jeeps that were purchased at Harold Zeigler of Grandville. I have found the service department to be about as efficient as they come. This week I took my 2005 wrangler in for service. I was called promptly with the technician analysis of the problem. They had the Jeep back to me within 3 hours which was great considering I needed it to get around. I would definitely tell anyone looking for a car to stop at Harold Zeigler of Grandville. More
From start to finish the experience dealing with the service department was great. From the original scheduling, to the writing up of the order, to the explanation of what was being done, the texting up service department was great. Each person was friendly and knowledgeable of their job. The facilities are spotless. This organization is top-notch. More

I always receive excellent service whether it is an oil change or mechanical service. The employees are friendly, courteous and seemingly enjoying their jobs. If I'm getting an oil change, they open my door, they remember me from the previous visits. They always get me out of there in a quick, efficient manner. Although my last visit was 5 hours long, I have nothing to complain about. The staff was very accomodating. John shuttled me over for a nail appointment and returned just as he said he would on time. What a nice man! I was a little shocked that I came in for differential service and left with new brakes, but I knew it was coming. Tom Kellogg answered all of my questions and asked the most important ones....."do you want us to remedy the present situation or do you want us to handle this the right way, fixing the problem completely and preventing a major expense down the road??? Obviously, there is only one answer to that question. John was ready to shuttle me again, but I chose to relax in the waiting area and read. Tom came out periodically to update me and make sure I was doing okay. I was fine wandering the showroom, where I was asked if I had any immediate needs and I was fine just waiting. I would have to say that Harold Zeigler service is the first automotive service area that I have ever felt relaxed at. I trust that they are taking good care of my vehicle. Our van would not run over 30 mph so needed to be towed into the shop. When I called a tow service number was issued to me. I was called shortly after the van came in and was given the reason for the probl into the shop. When I called a tow service number was issued to me. They also took care of a recall problem without me bringing it to their attention. Another good job by your service department. More
