It was my fifth time dropping my car off for a day for an easy fix I was told that ended up being two to three days each time. Every time prior to the last the dealer fixed an issue while creating another th easy fix I was told that ended up being two to three days each time. I dread taking my car to Zeigler in Schaumburg because each time I have taken it there I ended up with a bigger problem than I did in the first place. I wasted my time showing up after being called saying my car was ready when in fact it was not. I always ended up leaving it for another day after being told to pick it up. Going to Zeigler has been a waste of time and money. Nobody there cared to help out in a timely manner even after it was the mechanics fault that my interior was being damaged. I’d rate it a zero if I could. More
