Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

My salesman who sold me my vehicle has been a nightmare to work with ,noticed body damage the next day after I picked up my vehicle, tried to contact Moises my salesman he never got back to me and his voi to work with ,noticed body damage the next day after I picked up my vehicle, tried to contact Moises my salesman he never got back to me and his voice mail is ALWAYS FULL!! , I had to come in to try to track him down the next day after purchase, but no luck, fast forward a month and I was still trying to reach him !!.. finally came in a second time he was not there the 2 men at the desk told me they would relay my message ,waited another couple weeks and came in again!, found him there and explained my situation, left my jeep there for 2 weeks when I called to see what was going on I was told to come pick it up it was fixed ,when I got there it was not!! Tried yet again to reach Moises took another week of waiting for a response and I drove to the dealership yet again , left my jeep to get fixed , fast forward another week I called to check on the status I actually was able to speak with Moises he told me and i quote""" your jeep is fixed I looked at it myself", I showed up to retrieve my jeep and it was not fixed!!!!!, he told me he would be there until 9pm I looked for him but could not find him, asked for the General manager, spoke with him he referred me to a man named Lou, who promised me the damage would be fixed, it's been a week , I was told I would hear back from him today ,as of yet I have heard nothing , .. my service guy Carlos the guy in service that wrote me up has been great!,,, But moises needs to be looked at very very disappointed in him, Btw this is our second purchase from this dealership, in 2015 we bought my daughter a brand new jeep wrangler there.... More

Marco is the best Serivce manager I’ve have ever dealt with. The two times I needed to deal with him,, he has bent over backwards to help me . I was losing faith in that dealership until I met him.
