If i could give 0 stars i would. The only good experience i had was when i bought my truck. oil changes take 2+ hours. multiple times ive drove a hour there for an appointment and wa The only good experience i had was when i bought my truck. oil changes take 2+ hours. multiple times ive drove a hour there for an appointment and was told they didnt have my parts and didn't notify me. i had a check engine light issue brought it in and didnt get it back till 2 months later and was told it was fixed. 2 weeks later check engine light back on with other service lights. brought it back and again didnt have my truck for 3 months. whenever i called for an update i either didnt get one or was told they had no record my truck was being worked on. its always the worst experience and hate that i have to come to this dealership. wish i would of went to a different dealership.
