Bill Woollard provided excellent service. I called on Friday to get in for service on Saturday and Bill said that they were booked but if I came in and asked for him, he would squeeze me in. Horrible! The customer service people for the most part are nice to your face but there are constantly trying to add things to your bill that you don’t need. I’m my case I got a new engine because I had a warranty, everything was fine with my car before taking in for the engine replacement. Then I take it in and all of sudden my latch to my hood is broken and I have to pay for it. Next, I receive my car back from having a new engine and now my air conditioning isn’t work, but they had the nerve to tell me they didn’t do anything wrong and that I need a recharge and some other part for $3000! I told them repeatedly this only occurred after getting my car back it was 90 degree weather and I had no air. Not to mention to young children. They could care less and kept pushing for me to pay the $3000 for something they did wrong. It’s sickening how they take advantage of people and I’m looking into taking legal action. Also, I took my car somewhere else and they told me I only needed a recharge. Just ridiculous how these people scam customers. More

Some of their service associates are now naming their own service prices based on financial profiling let’s call it. It’s bad enough when you’re doing that on the front end selling a car but now it’s happeni service prices based on financial profiling let’s call it. It’s bad enough when you’re doing that on the front end selling a car but now it’s happening in service. Pretty slimy. I’ve found lower prices twice now at another jeep dealership that I will be using. Once it was over $140 more on a $233 part with labor. Out of five recent service visits only one was satisfactory. Then they make up lies and excuses like you’re an idiot, so insulting. I’m not sure if their understaffed at ZEIGLER or what, but it’s not good service by any stretch of the imagination. More

Terrible experience. Felt ripped off. Came in with no leaks but was told there was one. $1300 later we get our car back. Very next day it’s leaking oil on the drivewa Felt ripped off. Nearly two weeks later we are told there’s another leak. They wanted $1700 more. No thanks. We’ve bought our last two cars from Ziegler but we are done and won’t be buying anymore cars from them or use their predatory services again. More
