Did not fix my car. Claimed it was a "jeep thing". They had my car for almost 3 weeks and did not fix it. Claimed it was not broken and it was a lifted Jeep issue. I've had my truck into the maintenance department (7) different times since November 2017 because there is a wind tunnel sound coming from either my sun roof or rear hatch when you drive over 30 MPH. Every technician and the Maintenance Manager John, can hear this annoying noise but says it is "NORMAL" to the aero dynamics of the vehicle, funny I thought aero dynamics meant it keeps sound from traveling through the vehicle instead to travel around the vehicle. They won't do a recall because no one else has complained, and they have tried all the "FIXES" allowed to get rid of the sound, so I have a LEMON that Zeigler Jeep won't accept responsibility for and do what it takes to make it right ! More

"Not Honorable" 2014 Jeep GC - Was sold a package of 4 oil changes at an apparent "prepay discounted rate" of $135.00. Used 2 and the car was traded in for the 2017 2014 Jeep GC - Was sold a package of 4 oil changes at an apparent "prepay discounted rate" of $135.00. Used 2 and the car was traded in for the 2017 GC model. Attempted to schedule an oil change w/ Julian, whom sold us the oil change package, I was asked the mileage on the vehicle and after describing that the car was traded-in, I was advised that the oil change package was not transferable and expires. To my amazement as this was not an expiration issue, I inquired "how is a prepaid oil service NOT transferable - same manufacturer, same vehicle, same motor, same oil and was for a prepaid service that has not been performed yet"? Julian's response "Hey, I'm not here to argue with you. Is there anything else I can do for you"? Seriously Julian? More

They called me the next day to verify the appointment and the guy made it for the wrong time. I come back the day of my appointment and I am waiting an no one helps me after I pull my car inside the service dock. They asked other people if they have been helped but not me!!! I tried to get this resolved ASAP since I have severe allergies to mold and cannot afford for my brand new car to get moldy inside!!! More

Bad Service Center I have had so many problems with this Service Center that I don't know where to begin. I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty that I purchased from the Schaumburg I have had so many problems with this Service Center that I don't know where to begin. I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty that I purchased from the Schaumburg Jeep dealer just before Zeigler took them over. I never was able to get my vehicle repaired on a one time visit. I always had to bring it back to get it repaired. Misdiagnosis and inadequate repairs was their norm. My most recent issue is that sometime back there was a recall for the blower motor. It was inspected and passed as OK. Just recently, the blower went bad. As I was inspecting it and discovered that the Service Mechanic never replaced the cover under the dash - who looks there unless your doing work? I have 2 of these Jeeps of the same year. One of them has an engine clicking sound when running - sounds like a Diesel, which it is not. I was told that they all do that, but my other Jeep does not. My other Jeep had the right rear caliper lock up and had to be repaired under warranty. They said they replaced the caliper and rotor. A short time later on another repair job, the Service manager told me I needed brakes due to a discoloring of that same rotor. Turns out the didn't replace it and they forgot about the LIE. Don't trust anything they tell you and always have their work double checked. More
