It took a while for the part to come in for the recall repair and when they called to schedule the appointment, I was told it would be 2-3 hours. I would up being there from 9 am until 2 pm trying to work with a wi-fi that I was never able to access. There seemed to be more focus placed on finding other things to upsell me for my car, which I wound up spending over $500 on. It made me wonder it the recall was that necessary or was it just a ploy to get people in so that other things could be "found" that needed service. More
