I usually don't write ratings, but it was a pleasure having Dan help me. He kept me informed on everything that was being diagnosed on my vehicle. Bill Woollard provided excellent service. I called on Friday to get in for service on Saturday and Bill said that they were booked but if I came in and asked for him, he would squeeze me in. It has been a while since I received good service from a Jeep dealer, so when it happens I need to make a note of it. More
Horrible! The customer service people for the most part are nice to your face but there are constantly trying to add things to your bill that you don’t need. I’m my case I got a new engine because I had a warranty, everything was fine with my car before taking in for the engine replacement. Then I take it in and all of sudden my latch to my hood is broken and I have to pay for it. Next, I receive my car back from having a new engine and now my air conditioning isn’t work, but they had the nerve to tell me they didn’t do anything wrong and that I need a recharge and some other part for $3000! I told them repeatedly this only occurred after getting my car back it was 90 degree weather and I had no air. Not to mention to young children. They could care less and kept pushing for me to pay the $3000 for something they did wrong. It’s sickening how they take advantage of people and I’m looking into taking legal action. Also, I took my car somewhere else and they told me I only needed a recharge. Just ridiculous how these people scam customers. More
