It has been 4 weeks now that I am awaiting a call to schedule the repair of the rear defrost on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler. I was told they had to order the whole rear glass panel and that when it came in th schedule the repair of the rear defrost on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler. Dealership is fine. Service dept i dont like. Takes weeks to get a appointment. You walk in and people go out of the way to not make eye contact and also the service is Service dept i dont like.
