I use Ziegler for service because it’s close, but over the last two years I’ve had several issues. All dealers will have less than perfect performance, it’s Jeep not Lexus but the more issues I have the h the last two years I’ve had several issues. Well after 12 years of being a faithful customer after purchasing my 2013 JGC and having all repair work done at Ziegler throughout the years, it's seems like we have to cut ties. A few months ago an Uber purchasing my 2013 JGC and having all repair work done at Ziegler throughout the years, it's seems like we have to cut ties. A few months ago an Uber was available paid by Ziegler to take me home, just a couple weeks ago Marco made the decision to deny that to me. It seems like after 2020 the excellent service is no more. Loaner cars none existent. Being up front and honest about labor times also not necessary to tell the customer. I made a good choice purchasing my 2023 JGCL at Elgin. More
