Each time when making a decision to purchase a car I have continued to work directly with Ed knowing it would be satisfying. Consistency has been a key factor in addition to his sincerity. He always has been helpful to give me advise based on his experiences and knowledge. This has allowed me to feel comfortable, able to make the right decision that is in my best interest. Fortunately for me, Ed has a great amount of patience while researching a car making sure I'm always satisfied. He truly is a assets as I'm sure your already aware, but felt to share my most positive experience. I will continue to share my rewarding experience with others and refer your dealership to others. Ed makes all of his efforts to go above and beyond to please his customers. Harold Zeigler in Grandville has many considerate employees that represent your company first class. I have one more comment to share. I have a 7 year old son who each time has come along while car shopping. Fortunately for me, your staff is very understanding allowing Jeffrey to view your cars and feel safe. Car has some issues but it is used, think Alternator is going out and head liner had to be fixed first thing. Also salesman said he sent gas refund check 9 days ago still have not recived it. I think this vehicle was not checked out there was not even a new oil change sticker in window, most cars that come into a dealership has an inspection and oil change done on it, I feel this car was not. i did purchase the extended warrenty in case something is wrong with the car. But overall the dealership was okay not great but average would recommend if someone is looking for a car. More
I have dealt with Harold Zeigler for several years now and have been very pleased with the service I get and immediate attention. My wife went up to the Grandville location to have a recall serviced. The staff notified her that it would take an hour or so and they offered to drive her and the children home. The staff removed the c recall serviced. The staff notified her that it would take an hour or so and they offered to drive her and the children home. The staff removed the car seats and properly secured them into the transport vehicle and drove the family home. When the van was ready, they came back to the house, installed the car seats back into the transport vehicle again and drove back to the dealership. Once at the dealership, they removed the car seats, took them to our van and properly installed them again! Our you kidding me? I have found my service center! Thank you to the Harold Zeigler team. I had a great experience at Harold Zeigler. I went to get some work done on my 2008 dodge caliber. They were able to fit me in right away and the guy I worked with was very friendly. We took our Dogde Caravan in to get an oil change and a recall fixed. While Harold Zeigler was working on our van they also went ahead and fixed an upcoming recall that we had not yet received. Pete is one great salesman out there, friendly and helpfull. I have used the service area quite a bit, I have always received friendly and prompt service from them, upon waiting for service I ran into helpfull. We have become friends. He has a funny personality and a great memory. He seemed to know my husband before he ever met him, Because Pete listens to his customers. I have talked to many of the other sales people and even the managers and have always been treated with respect. More
I called the service department to get in for a new battery and oil change. They advised me that the quick lube portion could handle it and would save me some money in the process which was nice. I got right in when I arrived and while getting those things done I inquired with the service dept. about an issue that I was having with my power windows. They explained that an extended warranty had been added for that issue and made an appointment to get me in the very next day to get them fixed. I am very pleased with the staff in their service dept. In addition I had purchased the vehicle there a few years prior and also had a good experience with the sales staff as well. More
I give H.Z. of grandville a 5 across the board. We had bought our van from another local dealer and there was a slight vibration in it. The trip back to the original dealer by my wife only yielded excuses bought our van from another local dealer and there was a slight vibration in it. H.Z of grandville worked on the problem balancing and rotated the tires. Due to weather issues and road conditions they could not completely verify that the issue was resolved so they said "bring it back to us if it's not completely gone and we'll take care of it". More
We had to turn in our lease town and country van from 3 years ago. We went there on a Sat.. Mr. Ed klien took care of us. In about 2 hours we were in and out with a new 2011 town and country van. Even got mud flaps put on new van. we were really surprise this all happened in one day and didn't have to come back. Mr. Ed is an excellent salesman and very fast!!! He knows his stuff. This is our second lease with Harold Zeigler and Mr. Ed.. We will keep coming back. Love the new town and country!! Everyone is so friendly there. Thank you!!! More
