Igor was an excellent salesperson. He was knowledgeable and personable. I complained 2 days after taking delivery. windshield washer nozzle broken. Zeigler would not provide it--they made me travel to another Zeigler dealership and buy and pay for the nozzle myself, then they installed it for free. There was a gascap warning--Zeigler wouldn't do anything. There was a defective Distance To Empty display. Zeigler wouldn't do anything. We paid approximately $1,500 prep charge, and were told we had two weeks to report latent defects we discovered. In summary, though the salesman did an acceptable job, living up to commitments, was a total failure. More
