Ill never patronize this dealership again. Wasted my time with a Lojack that was never hooked up. Had to go to two different Zeigler dealerships to finally get it taken out. I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on 8/23/23. I arrived around 10:45 am. My car was taken back from the service bay entrance relatively quickly. However, it took just over 3 rotation on 8/23/23. I arrived around 10:45 am. My car was taken back from the service bay entrance relatively quickly. However, it took just over 3 hours before I received my car back. I was not provided with updates as to any delays. It was not until I went back to ask my service advisor what the delay was around 1:45 pm that I was told the guys were busy and behind. He also said he was on hold with the company that manages the maintenance plan I purchased when I bought the car to authorize payment. I understand it was busy and it was uncomfortably hot; however, 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment? More
