Unlike the sales staff, the service team knows how to take care of it's customers. The bill was a shock though. $149 for an oil change and new wiper blades seems excessive. Service Manager Rich and his staff are absolutely awesome!! Only complaint is Danny (female) sales person calling me on phone while I was sitting in waiting area trying to get me to do estimate for awesome!! Rich was great, however if I didn't check my rear hubcap it would have fallen off. It seems to be an ongoing problem since it's happened before, so now I always check before I leave the lot.
