After we had expensive repairs to our Chevie done, it was leaking oil. We brought it in and they replaced a gasket. Work was done and we now have our car back. I cannot complain too much because it was my first oil change and it was free which was nice, but it did take longer than expected. I was told that it would take an hour but in totality it ended up taking change and it was free which was nice, but it did take longer than expected. I was told that it would take an hour but in totality it ended up taking one hour and 45 minutes which just seemed a bit excessive. I understand there being delays but from the waiting area I could see my vehicle sitting out in the lot with the oil change completed for over 20 mins, but that is just when i noticed it, so it could have been longer. So it is possible that the oil change could have been completed within an hour like I was told initially but then the vehicle sat there for a while. The work and staff were pleasant and very polite, my only complaint was the extra time it took. More
