I brought my car in because my check engine light was on. Zeigler was quick to identify the problem. Came in for a prepaid oil change. ..no problem. Car was checked in and I mentioned my prepaid (bought 3 got 1 free a year+ ago) to the guy checking in. After about an hour and a half ..no problem. After about an hour and a half he comes in with another customer and tells me he will be with me in a minute, he needs to tell me about some issues. I see him finish with the customer and he walks by. About 20 minutes later he finally comes to me and tells me things needed. I knew about the brakes (quoted $1144 from him) but he also told me about another problem with power steering ($2000). Talked to a mechanic friend on phone and said he would look at them first. After I declined the service, waited another 30 minutes and he came in again asking if I had any coupons. I said "For what?" He asked "For the oil change." I said "Remember, I told you when I came in it was a prepaid oil change." He said "Oh, I forgot, I will be right back." He came back another 10 minutes later with a new receipt for no charge and I finally got out there. By the way, my brakes cost me $250 to do with my buddy...and we replaced all 4 rotors and did front and back brakes. I'll bring the car in soon to another place to check out the minor leak of power steering. More
