Not the easiest deal I’ve ever done; but after a few hiccups the entire team was involved to make this purchase happen for us . Thanks for the effort from our sales person Mateo to a nice assist on the hiccups the entire team was involved to make this purchase happen for us . Thanks for the effort from our sales person Mateo to a nice assist on the first night by Yanni, to Chuck for basically becoming our go to guy helping in all facets of this purchase and wonderful phone communication (especially with me) a true veteran to have for any issue that might arise . Lastly to John the GSM who really got this purchase going by stepping up and making the call on what Zeigler was going to do in order for this hiccup to be remedied, if not for his Immediate decision and true professionalism I know this would not be our vehicle now.Zeigler has the perfect person overseeing the show there. Service person, and manager, was not very kind in explaining the services /recall required. Came to pick up car, and it had been sitting outside. It wasn't cleaned. When we came and commented, they said oh we could clean it now. But we had no intention on waiting. The car had been at the dealer for 4 days already. They knew we were coming to pick it up. More

Zeigler Cadillac on Lincolnwood is the worst place to maintain your vehicle if you wanna leave the dealer with something missing that cause life training 3knobs went missing from my wheels just like that maintain your vehicle if you wanna leave the dealer with something missing that cause life training 3knobs went missing from my wheels just like that after my car was left in insecure parking lot plus you get the worst customer service in town especially from Ramon Gonzalez the manager trying to call you such disrespectful words as you lying and trying to prove you are wrong More
