If you visit this dealership in search for a car, ask for Kris Tellado. His salesmanship was excellent. There need to be more sales representative like him. Friendly, courteous, and easy to communicate with. He made me feel comfortable and the atmosphere was very conducive to conduct business. The car was grossly misrepresented. Cracked windshield, bad tires, the interior looked badly aged, automatic rear door hatch didn't work, and the car had been in an accident-which didn' Cracked windshield, bad tires, the interior looked badly aged, automatic rear door hatch didn't work, and the car had been in an accident-which didn't show up as I filtered my automobile options. I was told "the car was clean and had a clean title" I now have a negative opinion of Zeigler as a result of that experience. I left there and bought a car from a different dealership. More

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! Never have I ever received such deplorable customer service in my life. All I wanted was some help for my 79 year old mother DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! Never have I ever received such deplorable customer service in my life. All I wanted was some help for my 79 year old mother to purchase her car off lease. First they tried to tell me that she owed taxes on the full amount of the car - not just the residual. I told him that was absolutely untrue and I know that because that I am in the industry! I then asked for a manager, whom I left several messages for. No call was ever returned. I emailed and called another 15 TIMES and nobody would ever call me back! From store managers, to finance managers - NOBODY WOULD HELP. They were always 'in a meeting", and I was even told at one point that their phone system does not allow them to transfer calls! The amount of running around and unnecessary extra paperwork that we had to do for what should be a 20 minute process for a simple lease purchase was ridiculous. They were not interested in helping us because they weren't going to make a bunch of money on us. Despicable. More
