I had a very easy, organized and quick service engagement as coordinated by my assigned service advisor, Mike. Mike himself, was very courteous, customer focused and patient in explaining the appointment an as coordinated by my assigned service advisor, Mike. I wasn’t charged for items that weren’t needed - such as new wipers- despite my being open to the possibility that they might be due for replacement. They used appropriate COVID-19 safety precautions and returned the vehicle to me clean and ready to roll. A welcome experience. More

From the moment I called to schedule my first appointment with Zeigler for my biannual oil change and multipoint inspection for my Cadillac CTS, everything was thorough, smooth, easy, friendly, appointment with Zeigler for my biannual oil change and multipoint inspection for my Cadillac CTS, everything was thorough, smooth, easy, friendly, and competently handled. This is a place with fantastic customer service, including everyone I encountered! Mike was my liaison person. He is extremely helpful, pleasant, and answered all my questions with expertise explanations. He even texted me while I waited for my service inside Zeigler to see if there was anything I needed. Social distancing was practiced and everything was very clean. I received a complementary car wash with the attendants taking the time to dry off my car due to the 29-degree temperature. I was also pleasantly surprised to have received a $35 discount due to a current special they are running. I have recently relocated, and I am thrilled to make this my new service location. I was very disappointed that quite a few of the Zeigler personneal were not wearing masks or face coverings. The service adviser was not very helpful in that he didn't keep me posted on the progress on my personneal were not wearing masks or face coverings. I took it in on a Tuesday and because of the work that needed to be done and a part that was needed the car was not ready until Friday. When I got into the car, the indicators on the dash were not right. The young man who picked me up from home had to fix them. Should not the service advisor shown me to my car to make sure everything was okay? More
