I don't think there's anything they could do now that I have my car back.They kept my car for 9-10 days n out of those days I was the one who did the calling to get information about what repairs my car needs.I thought that call is their job to let me know what repairs need to be and if its ok for them to go ahead and do the job.I brought my car in on March 3 as per appt time n by 3/5/21 I had to leave 2 messages to get a call back and be told that the car might need some sensors replaced,parts ordered n it will cost me over $500 n he will call me.By 3/8/21 I got no call back so I called n got connected to Jeremy n he told me that the crankshaft has to be replaced n they already had the part.It took them from 3/3-3/8/21 to know what else needs to be done n still nobody communicated any of this to me.Jeremy promised to call me back but he did not but David called back on 3/10/21 to let me know that the timing chain has to be done after all( it was the original issue when I brought it in but I was told that doesn't seem to be the problem on 3/5).THE PART HAS TO BE ORDERED AGAIN!!!HOW FRUSTRATING IS THAT...IT TOOK FROM 3/3-3/10 TO FIND THIS OUT.I finaly got my car back on 3/12/21.I hate to be a pest by calling them for updates but nobody was calling me.I DON'T THINK THAT'S WHAT YOU CAN CALL AWARD WINNING SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I CALL THAT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.If u are keeping the car that long ,the customer has to be kept informed
