Worst service experience. Vehicle was dropped off with an online appointment for an oil change, alignment, and warranty work. When I called to confirm the appointment and request a loaner I was told there wa online appointment for an oil change, alignment, and warranty work. When I called to confirm the appointment and request a loaner I was told there was no appointment and the online system is not working. Since I had the day off and the online appointment slated for 2 weeks, I dropped the car off after the service manager Yazmin said I could keep the appointment but a loaner would not be available until a later date. Spoke to Rafael and left the car with him. He said he would contact on Monday with an update. Fast foreword to Friday, a week later, says issues are due to a bad battery. I then asked for the results of the battery test. No response. Fast foreword 10 days, 18 days since drop off. I ask for an update via email. At that time I cc managers on the thread. Lo and behold! A response! He then says they will START??!? addressing the issues. He then proceeded to ask clarification questions about the initial concerns. 18 days later…. Follow up emails continue up to 9:30 am the following day (day 19) The next morning around 9:45 on day 19, after speaking with Yasmin the service manager with Rafael in the room I asked when the car will be done. He says it’s ready to go. Crazy since he was asking follow up questions less than 15 min ago. Proceed to pick the car up that afternoon to see that all of the issues I had are normal or attributed to the battery being bad. Funny how that is since he responded in earlier emails that they had to remove and replace the hvac motor. Seems like they were just done dealing with me. On the up side I know for a fact that the oil change was completed because my light tan interior was now a few shades darker. Now I’m awaiting some sort of response form any manager. Follow up emails have been sent to the general manger Ken, Service manager Yazmin, and CME manager Ralph. Keep in mind it has only been 48 hours, I may have to wait the 10 days to get a response……. I am not happy at all. After a fays work, I drove an hour in traffic to pick up my Truck after servicing only to be told my truck wasn't ready andI didn't receive a courtesy call because the day was hectic a in traffic to pick up my Truck after servicing only to be told my truck wasn't ready andI didn't receive a courtesy call because the day was hectic and got away from the service department. One of the most frustrating thing about the service personnel in charge of my car was him not calling me about any updates and not returning calls as promised.Not communicating with customer is bad cus personnel in charge of my car was him not calling me about any updates and not returning calls as promised.Not communicating with customer is bad customer service.If I did not call ,I wont even know what repairs were being done to my car and after keeping my car for 6 days you would think somebody will let me know what the problem was.Very aggravating experience.
