Will NEVER return!!! Purchase new vehicle: took over 6 hours to work through pricing and finance Service: Nobody knows what they're doing. Nobody takes ownership or interest in customer service All scheduled service apts: -1 apt -->lug nuts missing on two tires, - 2 separate apts--> reserved rental car a week before service apt. Upon arrival, no car available. - 1 oil change--> car wasn't running well after took it in to a different dealer and they found a large red funnel was left under the hood near the engine. - Car engine light on --> called dealer, rude service, was disconnected twice. Called another dealer and they got my car in immediately and had rental ready to go. -spoke to service manager on three separate occasions; slow to return calls and absolutely no difference in service. BTW: this is the first neg review I've ever written and as you can see I gave the dealership multiple chances. BOTTOM LINE: they take no pride in customer service, they Do Not care, and they have no clue what they're doing!!! Bought two cars from Gurnee Dodge Jeep: Exceptional Excperience with Mitch Varga!! Now use Service for my Buick at Raymond Cheverolet in Antioch. Ken and Peter are phenomenal. More

Another case of a "stealership" trying to rip off a customer. What ever happened to providing great customer service to repeat business? Anyway I brought my car in for a diagnosis due to a spotty off a customer. What ever happened to providing great customer service to repeat business? Anyway I brought my car in for a diagnosis due to a spotty rough running idle, and slow acceleration that i couldn't diagnose myself. They told me my car was leaking coolant onto the distributor. I know for a fact that my car was not leaking coolant and definitely not on the distributor. They then wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for the repairs too. I couldnt get out of their lie of a diagnosis and was still charged $150 for the xx diagnosis. Later I found out it was a bad O2 sensor. Thanks for the rip-off Grossinger. More
On August 26,2011 I arrive to have an oil and filter change. Ramon Gonzalez, the associate on duty greeted me righ away and promply took my information and provided me with a sevice quote. I forgot to mention I also wanted the tires inspected, and as soon as he was done taking care of another customer he went back and asked the technicians caring for my vehicle to inspect the tires. I bought my car from Grossinger's back in 2007, this is my second vehicle I have baught from them, and I have been very happy with both. Finally, towards the end I mentioned the front licence plate cover, had cracked over the winter and asked him if it could be replaced. No problem, Ramon asked the guys to change it and at the end my car got a compimentary wash and I enrolled in the prefferd owner program to receive discounts in future visits. It is becoming harder and harder to get this kind of professional yet firndly welcoming service. I strongly commend Ramon Gonzalez and Grossingers for the excellent service. More
Terrible and scary service!!! They change people all over the place. Between the day I visited the dealer to the day I purchased my car (3 days) they changed the sales guy ... 3 times!!! Same situation with the place. Between the day I visited the dealer to the day I purchased my car (3 days) they changed the sales guy ... 3 times!!! Same situation with service: one guy made the appointment, another guy received the car because the previous one was not there anymore and finally I try to check the status of my car and I've been told that the second guy doesn't work there anymore either. I would recommend the top management team to start caring about their employees or they'll be out of business very soon. I wouldn't definitely ever come back. Worst service I've seen in years!!!! More
