Zeigler is known as a high-touch customer service organization and my purchase was in alignment with their reputation. From the moment I walked through the door, where someone is always there to gree organization and my purchase was in alignment with their reputation. From the moment I walked through the door, where someone is always there to greet and direct you, to being handed the fob to my new vehicle, everything was exceptionally professional. My salesperson, Alex McGaughey, was extremely helpful and attentive. He was available to answer questions but allowed me time to drive and look over the vehicle without being overbearing. The right mix of being available while allowing me to ask questions but not being pushy or aggressive. Alex asked questions to determine my needs and then made suggestions and offered options to fill those needs. I would highly recommend Zeigler and Alex if anyone is looking for a new/new-to-them car. With all the Zeigler dealerships there are many options and it’s great that the cars can be brought to any Zeigler lot. More
