I actually rate these crooks as 0. After bringing my car to them for a transmission issue, not only did they not correctly fix the issue, I almost got killed driving down Alt Route 7 After bringing my car to them for a transmission issue, not only did they not correctly fix the issue, I almost got killed driving down Alt Route 7 when my car stalled in the middle of traffic after they supposedly fixed the issue. They made sure they got me a rental car only to be sent to collections by Hertz because they refused to pay the bill on a car they authorized. Called and left messages for Matt Zappone directly with no return call along with “Tom” who I was assured would call me back in 10 minutes, still waiting. Nothing but a bunch of xxxxin liars. I would not recommend any interaction with these ignorant xxxxxxxx More
