We had our 2020 Ram 1500 brought in by roadside assistance when it would not start, lock, unlock and were unable to shut off the alarm that kept going off without disconnecting battery. Sales manager “Ted” was short, and rude when we called. His question was “did you put it on a scanner to see what’s wrong with it?” - as if every homeowner keeps one of these handy! Vechicoe had 45k mikes on it and needed RF module replaced, which they did. It have so it had to be ordered. They not only charged us $100 for ext warranty deductible, but also charged us for shipping the part that they don’t bother to stock! After the several days it took to get the part and then repair, we picked up the vehicle and all seemed fine until our grandchild tried to buckle the seatbelt in back seat. When the technician removed the rear seat to make the repair, they didn’t bother to reconnect the seatbelts, which requires a 2nd trip back to the dealership to fix this problem. Fast forward several days and I was driving and noticed a cord caught in the dash - when I pulled on the cord, the whole “control panel” on the dash - the area where the heat, radio and display screen is housed - was completely loose and i could lift it up and down. I also found what looked like a large letter opener - apparently it’s the “dash tool” that the tech would have used when removing this part of the dash when they made “the repair” - laying in my console. If we had been involved in a crash, this whole section of the dash would have flown into our grandchild sitting in the center rear seat. Completely unsafe and unacceptable that the technicians were so careless in repairing our vehicle. In addition to this, the dealership never mentioned an open recall, did not suggest any additional service needed (vehicle needs an oil change!) and did not request we bring the 2nd key when we picked the truck up , which needed to be programmed in order to start the vehicle. I have never been so dissatisfied with service in my life. I will never do business with this dealership again, and will continue to let people know how shoddy the service and workmanship were. More
I would not recommend this dealer at all and if there is a score less then on then 1 star I would give it to them. I intended to purchase a car from them an submitted all trade in information they requested a score less then on then 1 star I would give it to them. The next morning i was again told they would be getting back to me to complete the sale. Then i was contact by email telling me that someone walked in to the dealership that morning a purchased the vehicle. Nicole and Matthew (sales manager) were misleading and dishonest. Beware of the folks the are the true definition of used car sales people. Shame on them! More

Not a good experience at Zappone Granville location. Salesman Justin was unable to get in touch or communicate effectively with me after I had issues with my purchase. They also forgot to mention that the primary USB port in the car was broken from the start. I repeatedly called and emailed to no avail. HORRIBLE customer service. More

One month later half the promises have been made because all i did was fight for what was promised. Matt Zappone is the biggest liar of them all. He wont return your calls after he promises to take care of everything and then ignores you also. When you continue to fight they accuse you of harrassment. Stay away from them. I was so pleased with my entire experience at the Zappone dealership...from finance consultation to receiving my new Dodge Challenger Gt (by the way, "Nailed it")...I couldn't be any more pleased.
