I went to this dealer for an oil change and for a safety check because my right driver side was sounding loud when I reached 50 miles or so. I had an appointment for 1pm which I showed up for promptly. I ch check because my right driver side was sounding loud when I reached 50 miles or so. I had an appointment for 1pm which I showed up for promptly. I chose to wait for the service since I know I could accomplish both tasks in about 15min.. I waited for almost 2 hours. When they finally finished they brought me an estimate of the parts for everything that could have possibly been wrong with my 13 year old car. The parts alone were $5000. Since I declined any of the work because of being so insulted by their estimates, I am capable of fixing any of those things my self for a tenth of the cost. I was charged $278 for the oil change and labor to do a simple safety check on my vehicle. One of the reasons you might justify paying a higher hourly rate at a dealer is because they have the expertise to complete a job more quickly. The biggest insult to me was that since I declined all there suggestions they took away all their estimates and offered me a few suggestions of what I should fix. Even with the highway robbery of a $100 oil change. I payed $178 for at least a copy of their estimates. If you enjoy burning money I highly recommend Zapones, but if you want a dealership who even remotely cares about you as a customer stay clear. More

Would not recommend this dealership unless you are looking for a vehicle with nothing but problems and to be lied to they tell you they will call you back in a hour but don’t then you have to call 10 looking for a vehicle with nothing but problems and to be lied to they tell you they will call you back in a hour but don’t then you have to call 10 more times to get a call back few people there are unprofessional one swearing on the phone the sales person Justin will tell you anything you want to hear just so he can sell a car if you need a rental they will tell you they don’t have one and won’t know when one will be available even after your promised one my suv have been there multiple times for warranty problems and still have a list of problems but they don’t want to deal with it so you will just get a run around be disrespected they start to act like you are a bother to them absolutely ridiculous the money you spend and can’t even have a Reliable vehicle THEY WILL LEAVE YOU ON YOUR OWN More
2 weeks after I purchased a 2024 Dodge Hornet the fender flare fell off, remote car start wouldn’t work, rear lift hatch wouldn’t work. This morning I couldn’t get to work because I was sliding all over going 8 mph with barely any snow on the roads. Cars were passing me as I couldn’t go faster than 12 mph. My ride home didn’t even put his truck into 4wd and drove 50mph with no issue. I had to leave a brand new car on the side of the road because the AWD broke and Zappones can’t help me. The man that answered said they don’t have a loaner vehicle and doesn’t know when they will. He won’t work with me because I’m upset. Yeah I am, I owe $40,000 on a vehicle that’s on the side of the road and after 4 months they still haven’t fixed the first issues. I called another dodge dealer who is going to help me and suggests I report them to the better business bureau and get an attorney. He said they are constantly getting vehicles sold by Zappones in. I pay $60 extra a month for extra warranty- what a joke! Thank god my kids weren’t in my car this morning. I’ve bern driving in the snow for 25 years and never had an issue like this. More
