The dealership was nice and conveniently located near my home which made it easier to choose here to look for a new car. Overall my experience was fantastic and I’m very happy i decided to buy my car here. Blake is the salesperson who helped me through the entire process. He was very helpful and especially informative while patiently answering all my questions. He showed me a few different vehicles they had on hand and easily provided the details on each car to help me make my decision. In the end i decided to go for the Mazda3 and I could not be happier with my purchase and how easy/smooth he made the entire process. More

My only regret is that I didn’t come here sooner. I walked into Zag Motor’s with what felt like an IMPOSSIBLE situation. A very fixed down payment, credit challenges, and a trade in with a list of it I walked into Zag Motor’s with what felt like an IMPOSSIBLE situation. I was met at the door by Karina, who was kind, knowledgeable, and assured me from the moment we met that she was here to help, and as the day went on she absolutely proved that she meant it. Every single person I interacted with at Zag was friendly and personable and everyone of them comforted me, and assured me that if there was a way, they would find it. When it came time to get down to numbers, I dealt with Blake, wow, his energy and presence was assuring and calming as he very clearly explained my options. He listened to my concerns and questions and went above and beyond to explain things to me as they were happening. The first car we looked at was a little out of my budget and when I told Blake I wasn’t comfortable with the monthly payment he went RIGHT to work finding a vehicle that would better suit my situation….. when I tell you he NAILED IT! I cannot BELIEVE how much I LOVE this vehicle, they found a car that hit all the right notes for me and I drove away with a car AND a deal that feel made specially for me. I would not waste my time at any other dealer ever again. The customer service, the selection, and even the options available for warranty, gap and add on’s are exceptional.
