On a busy Saturday morning I was there less than 25 minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received. Overall, a very smooth transaction for new CR-V, which we new we wanted upon arrival..Alex had the vehicle ready for us very quickly and walked us through vehicle inspection then all paperwork as needed. The only issue we had was the overall time to complete the transaction. We’ve spent hours at other dealerships while doing earlier purchases. This transaction looked like it was going much faster but we were still there for over 3 hours. Poor wife had to muster lots of patience. If there is a way to cut down on the waiting time, that would be most helpful. Otherwise a very positive experience from a long term area dealer. More

Also I get texts of how my car is coming along in case I have questions and when my vehicle is ready for pick up. Once I pick it up Luis goes over the repairs and asks me if I have any questions.
