I complained of a shake/vibration and they let me know it was due to tire ware. After I spent $750 on tires and alignment found out the torque converter in the transmission is ruined and have to replace it for $2100 after i just spent $16000 on the car a week ago. They are not willing to let me out of the contract even though its only been a week or pay for any of the repairs! Toyota offered me a $400 discount because they were aware of the situation and feel bad that there are people out there that sell cars to people and screw them. Your Budget Auto offered me $50 which is an insult, that doesn't even cover my gas to go to and from them the 2x I did to figure out the shaking. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible managers, and terrible owners. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are frauds and not willing to help out their customers who bought vehicles with ruined torque converters which they were very aware of the problem and lied to me and sold it to me ruined! Don't ever purchase a vehicle from here. They will screw you! They buy vehicles from auctions that have been in accidents and do enough to get them to pass safety and emissions and get rid of any warning lights and then sell them to you and screw you being very aware of the problems! Save your self some money and buy from a legit dealership not a run down piece of xxxx dealership like I did. I learned my lesson and warning you now. YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!! More
NEVER AGAIN!!! We were in need of a vehicle that fit my family of 8. We found a white treverse that fit us, but the first day of having it- it had issues (we brought it back and forth to the dealership for problems that continued to arise) so they had to look for another car similar. I'm not one who always complains, but this was ridiculous! We had put $2,000 down and the salesperson asked us for another $300 on top of our purchase. Keep in mind this was our very first vehicle that we were purchasing at a dealership and we needed a car. I felt that our down payment was a very good amount, but for some reason they needed more. After all the waiting and patience, they found another treverse for us. We were happy about it. But having it for 2 days, we had to bring it back to the dealer because the engine light was on. Their mechanic "fixed the issue" and we were given another car to use while the one we bought was being worked on.HOWEVER it has only been 4 months since we purchased it and IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM.....Right now as i type, my car is sitting in the garage unable to start. We have no idea what the issues are and we've bought so many parts (that the auto zone computer tells us we need to get fixed) to try and fix the car. But since our purchase, we have NOT only been having to pay a $400 monthly payment, we also have to buy parts to try and fix it. In the beginning, I told my husband after the white treverse ( that we originally wanted) gave us issues the first day we drove it off the lot, I wanted to cancel dealing with this place. But I wasn't the one who the car was under, it was my husband. He is the one working in our household so it had to be under his name. But the car is for me and our 6 kids to be able to get around to appointments and all. We were patient with them, we told them it was fine for waiting for the car to be ready to go and drive off the lot, BUT please just make sure it's safe. Of coarse we had their word and in our hearts we go by the phrase "MY WORD IS MY BOND," So we took their word and trusted they would do their jobs in making the car safe for us to drive and giving us a good deal because of our down payment and patience. That was out of the question, NOW we have to deal with this LEMON that they sold us, and come to find out the car was sold to us $5,000 more then the blue book value. I WOULD NOT ADVISE YOU TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR THAT IS "SAFE" FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, YOU'RE A FIRST TIME CAR BUYER, OR IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE GOING BACK AND FORTH TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR PROBLEMS ON THE CAR THEY'VE SOLD YOU. Good luck on your purchase! I pray that you do not experience what my family and I are going through now. Unable to drive our car, but paying for a beautiful LEMON vehicle. More
