TERRIBLE experience. Bought my son a Jeep Patriot that incurred $1300 worth of repairs in the six months I’ve owned it and still is not fixed. NONE of it covered under the $1000 warranty I was told was “all I needed.” I’ve been taking it to the dealer as advised by my garage. Traded it and got next to nothing for it. Seems next up is transmission problems. They refused to let me have my mechanic look at it first and after he did I questioned why he noticed the front fender had been replaced but their mechanics had not. They sold it as “no accidents.” There were screws missing from other fenders and rust on the bottom. But that was just the start of this $8000 nightmare. Just tried to cancel the warranty I was TOLD I could and seems the fine print doesn’t allow me to. Of course, I’m not surprised. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! BEEARE! More

Truck didn't last 2 years. Buyer beware. I bought a 2001 Dodge truck less than 2 years ago from this dealer that had about 91000 miles and 'appeared' to be in good condition. Buyer beware. I bought a 2001 Dodge truck less than 2 years ago from this dealer that had about 91000 miles and 'appeared' to be in good condition. Long story short. I had nothing but trouble starting about a month or so after I purchased it from them. I even paid for the warranty (not the higher priced one, as I was advised that the lower priced one would be a good warranty). Many, many repairs later and NOT one covered by the warranty. I don't think 2 months could go by without the truck needing to be fixed for something. This wasn't driven everyday, just on the weekends. Last time I took it in, I was informed that the frame was about to rust out. Truck is now gone and the nightmare has ended. Advice: Do NOT buy from them unless you have it checked out by your own service people as just because it passes inspection doesn't mean it's a good vehicle. More
