I don't remember the name of the people I dealt with but everyone was great. The facilty is nice, clean, and comfortable during the wait for my vehicle. My wait time was not long at all. Felt that they over booked in the service department, which caused us to wait 1 1/2 hour for oil change and tire rotation. The entire lobby was full. My husband waited two hours the same day for oil chan which caused us to wait 1 1/2 hour for oil change and tire rotation. The entire lobby was full. My husband waited two hours the same day for oil change and new tires. They should not book more than they can handle in an hour. Saturday is our only day to do errands and we don't have two hours to just sit and wait for a vehicle oil change especially when you make appointments ahead of time. If you have 10 mechanics, you don't schedule 20 people for the same time slots, then everyone has to wait. More

The work that was on the we owe from the purchase of the used vehicle was completed and seems to have fixed the problem but the exhaust now has a whistling noise when accelerating. My 2010 Prius was in for it's 10,000 mile oil and filter change and rotate tires. They waited on me upon my arrival, changed my oil to the newly recommended synthetic oil for free since I have the Younger f change and rotate tires. They waited on me upon my arrival, changed my oil to the newly recommended synthetic oil for free since I have the Younger for life oil changes and rotated my tires in a very timely fashion. I didn't have to wait long for the service. Very pleased with my 2010 Prius and Younger Toyota'S Service, so far so good. The car wash must have turned both my side mirrors outward and I didn't notice it until I was out on the highway, so I had to pull off the road and stop and put them back. More
