I Went into Younger to have my 2008 Scion TC's bumper repaired. I talked to Bruce serial times and everytime I was treated with respect and he answered all of the questions that I had! My husband and I are both 100% service connected disabled veterans. We had chosen our 2008 Toyota Sienna when we lived in Texas because it was easily adaptable for our needs. One of the things that we absolutely need is cruise control. Our Sienna came with dynamic cruise control. About six months ago the cruise control went out while we were on the highway. This rendered the vehicle absolutely useless for my husband (an amputee). We went to the nearest Toyota dealer (not Younger) who accused us of doing something to damage it (we did not) and said that it voided our warranty. They told us that it would cost us $1800 dollars to repair. We really needed the repair so the VA prosthetics department said go ahead and they would pay for it, but that dealer would not deal with the VA in the way that the government wanted the bill. I contacted another dealer who gave us the same xxxx and bull story. I contacted Toyota to file a complaint. They gave the two dealers three days to respond to the complaint. They never did. Finally, I went to Younger Toyota and Bruce Christensen, who I knew from previous conversations did not have the $2000 tool to make the repairs. I was practically in tears. He called around to see if he could borrow the tool. No one would lend it. Finally he and the mechanic figured a way to make the repair without the tool. It was fixed under warranty. It took awhile, but they got it done. We are eternally grateful and have notified the VA so that they can refer other disabled vets. Younger Toyota will have our business for the rest of our lives. Kudos to Bruce. He is our hero. Thanks More

Bruce, in the service department, was super friendly and very knowledgeable – I felt comfortable and confident with the work completed because he explained everything as he knew I would understand and it wa very knowledgeable – I felt comfortable and confident with the work completed because he explained everything as he knew I would understand and it was much appreciated - he is a great ambassador for Toyota. I showed up without an appointment and the young lady that came out to meet me was very friendly and very helpful. She was able to get my car in for an oil change and whatever else was needed. She explained to me that it could take 45 minutes or more. I was very comfortable in the waiting lounge and had several cups of coffee and since I had not had any breakfast I had a toasted bagel. Shortly thereafter my car was ready and even washed. A very nice begining to my saturday morning. More

I had oil changed and tire rotation. I was amazed on how quickly I was in and out. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great waiting area to wait in.
