Appreciated the fact that they could get my truck in right away. I had asked that they diagnose the check engine light, change the oil, and check over the vehicle to ensure I could tow my trailer. The only service they performed was the check engine light which was a tube that needed to be replaced. Hard to believe that it costs $90 to hook my truck up to a computer so the tech can see what's wrong, but the cost is what it is. I guess I will be going elsewhere to get my oil changed and the rest of my truck looked over. More
As always a great experience. Only a short wait for the service to be completed. Service people were friendly, cooperative and professional. Sandy jumped right on it, took care of me and my car. Before I knew it I was back in my car. So in the end both customers were helped with no inconvience. More
Very pleased with the quick, efficient service I received at Younger Toyota. Unfortunately, my car's water pump was failing at 109,000 miles but Younger was able to replace this part with less than 24 hours at Younger Toyota. I never fail to be impressed by the staff at Younger Toyota. Friendly and efficient service is the par for this dealershop. Service is excellent, from dropping off the car to picking it up. Service was performed quickly with an eye on detail. I trust the service staff and know they won't do anything unnecessary just to pad the bill. I was just a bit disappointed in this trip, in that they didn't run my car through the car wash--but this is minor. Price is reasonable and they go above and beyond in accomodating the customer. I have no qualms in recommending Younger Toyota to anyone who wants outstanding service and customer appreciation. More
I'm feeling "stung" with Toyotas. Got rid of my 06 Corolla because it wasn't the greatest car:needed to much service. My 07 Rav 4 has needed a new battery & a brake booster repair in the 4&1/2 mon 06 Corolla because it wasn't the greatest car:needed to much service. My 07 Rav 4 has needed a new battery & a brake booster repair in the 4&1/2 months I've had it. I did buy a slightly higher warranty with the Rav 4 so I'm hoping this repair is covered. Adam was wonderful about insisting I get a rental car (mine could not be fixed due to parts issues w/ the earthquake in Japan). I'm thankful for that. I didn't like my sales guy; I should have walked & bought the car the next day. It was the end of the month & I was sick. We didn't get that great of a deal, for buying a car on the last day of the month. I wanted another key (maybe $1 investment) & although he didn't say it, it was like: tough. 'We did your deal last night and that is that.' I don't think I will buy another Toyota. I should have gone with Antrim Way Honda. More

Had an appointment at 10:30 to install side door panel on driver side and to install side rails on my new truck, Installer never showed up to install them Rhonda apolgized over and over again.She gave me a r driver side and to install side rails on my new truck, Installer never showed up to install them Rhonda apolgized over and over again.She gave me a rental car to go home and she would call me when the job was done. Had to fight on the price of side rails which was already given and it toally changed when we got there but it was corrected and given to the price that was quoted. not really happy with them they look very cheap.
