This was my first visit for service - very easy, friendly and they worked through an issue with my car. Turned out to be a non-issue but they dealt with it quickly and professionally. Also, I need shoulder surgery and told Rhonda I had a problem getting the inside windshield clean and asked if they could clean it for me. The windshield was clean and no extra charge was added. My wife and kids visited Younger Toyota to get the oil changed on our 2008 Sienna. The appointment was at 1pm and was estimated to take 45 minutes. After an hour and a half my frustrated wife checked with the service department to get an update. It turns out they were taking care of an item that was recalled but didn't let her know. Even with all of the entertainment options, it is too long to go with out knowing that there will be a delay. Also, the nearly $50 price tag makes it a tough choice to come back. More

I do not remember the name of the individual I dealt with, but she was extremely friendly, the service was fast, my questions were answered and they even washed my vehicle without being asked to! Not only did he remember me, but he remembered what vehicle I bought, he remembered that my niece was with me when I bought my RAV, and he even remembered that my other car is a Celica! The entire experience was very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Younger Toyota to anyone buying a car or needs to have their current vehicle serviced. Thanks Toyota!! More
