I took my prius in to get it checked out, as a couple of check engine and other lights had lit up. It also needed 2 recalls taken care of. Jason was friendly, honest, and professional. It was set up and carried out in a very professional manner. The only knock I had against the overall service, was that the cashier wasn't that friendly. Also, the pricing seemed a little high, but I guess tyhis is average for a dealership. However, having said that, I also got the feeling that this dealership would not reccomend any services that your car did not need. I told them that I had not had my car into a dealership since purchasing it 2 years ago, so they could have "found" all sorts of problems. They found 2 minor suggestions, fixed recalls, and I was out around $50.00. I was not dissapointed and would reccomend this service center. More
I've been going to Younger Toyota since I bought my vehicle in 2003. The overall service and quality great. The couple mis-haps I've had in past, they made good on. A co-worker did some research on which dealership was the best one in the area (Martinsburg, WV area) and Younger Toyota was by far recommended by most of the knowledgable folks. I knew Younger was good before that, but that sure went a long way to solidifying something I already knew. More

Once again Younger Toyota outdoes themselves. 85,000 mile service and some extras on my '06 Corolla in less than an hour. I barely settled into the comfortable customer lounge with the complimentary icee and service and some extras on my '06 Corolla in less than an hour. I barely settled into the comfortable customer lounge with the complimentary icee and fresh popcorn when my name was being called to collect my vehicle. The car came back freshly washed and cleaner than I left it before service. The cost of the service was reasonable. Great, efficient, professional and friendly staff, from the service writer to the cashier (whom I didn't get her name). More

It was my first time at Toyota Younger and and went because I got a Letter from Toyota about "SAFETY RECALL NOTICE" . Well, Younger Toyota did the replacement without any cost plus they checked out mor because I got a Letter from Toyota about "SAFETY RECALL NOTICE" . Well, Younger Toyota did the replacement without any cost plus they checked out more things that my car is needing with differents colors (red and yellow) according with the priority for the work has to be done in it.My car was returned to me CLEAN, they washed it! I had a hospital procedure the morning our car needed to be towed in. Rhonda took care of contacting tow company and getting repairs quoted and started. By the time I was out of the hospital the repair wor be towed in. Rhonda took care of contacting tow company and getting repairs quoted and started.
