I have been a loyal Younger Toyota customer since 1981. I have purchased 10 Toyota trucks in that time. I have always done my own servive on my trucks, but when I purchased this last truck I now have free oi have purchased 10 Toyota trucks in that time. I have always done my own servive on my trucks, but when I purchased this last truck I now have free oil change service. The service is very good. This time I was charged $34 in labor to put air filters on my truck. It usually only takes me minutes to replace them when I do it myself. I think I will go back to doing my own service. I am very happy with the service people and the work they do, but the price seems high for me. More
While the service was great I left feeling a little disappointed that I wasn't called sooner to come get my truck. I was told that the truck was done for quite sometime but wasn't called due to how bu disappointed that I wasn't called sooner to come get my truck. This caused me to delay plans I had because I was under the impression that my truck was still being worked on. I then decided to return to the dealer because it was nearly COB to find out it had been done for several hours. Other than this I feel the price done for the quality of work is hard to beat and will continue my business with Younger. More

I was very pleased with my visit to Younger. The check engine light had gone on as I was driving in the area, so I showed up without an appointment late in the afternoon. They fit me in, checked it out, and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a fault in the gas cap, and they took care of it at no charge to me. Jason was quite friendly and eager to help when I scheduled my appt and dropped off my vehicle for recall repairs. He instructed me to wait in the waiting area for the shuttle vehicle to get there an scheduled my appt and dropped off my vehicle for recall repairs. After about 10-15 minutes I noticed the Shuttle van preparing to depart with another customer and had to go ask them if I could get a ride. Also, Jason was supposed to call me by noon to tell me my vehicle was ready and to arrange for the shuttle to come back to pick me up. I hadn't received a call by 1pm so I called to check and was told by another Toyota representative that Jason had called and left a message for me at 11:30....I have still not received that message. This was my first service experience with Younger Toyota with my current vehicle and it really wasn't a great experience. I like the way the service area is setup and the fact that there is shuttle service available so I will probably try it again but if that experience is like this one, it will be my last visit. More
Younger employees are very personable. Our vehicle service is always on time and the estimated time of service is usually "right on" or less. We also like the cashier. In this instance, the cost was less than we were originally told, which was a very good thing. We appreciate the honesty, we would not have known the difference (they did not have to charge us around $75 less, but they did). More
I was blown away by the service I received on my Sienna. I received a coupon in the mail for a oil change and other service checks and a free car wash for $14.00 and that is how it all began. I live in Cumberland, Maryland and have always had my van serviced at the local Toyota, which now has been shut down, so there is no Toyota dealership closer than 65 miles. I was extremely happy to receive this deal from Younger Toyota, but I never thought the experience would be so good!!! My grandaughter and I decided to make college shopping clothes trip to Hagerstown and I needed an oil change on my van. As soon as we entered the service department, I was impressed, it was clean and neat and I was directed to Jason Neiderer, who was so great, he told me what they would do and said it would take about an hour, then directed us to a beautiful waiting room, with large screen TV and unique coffeemaker, donuts, popcorn and other things. My grandaughter said, "the wifi is awesome in this place". We felt very comfortable during the short wait. I realized that these people cared about their customers. In an hour Jason came and told us our van was done and being washed, he was very nice and professional, he made me feel like, yes, I love this place, I want to come back and I will. I even told Jason "this is 100% better then my old dealership", and the experience was!!! When I returned home, I received a thank you for my business and a list of all the dealership had done on my van, I really appreciate this dealerships service department, I would give them an A+++++++++++++++++ for the the way they handle their business and how the they try to please their customers. I will be back to have my van serviced here, and I will reccomend you to my friends, I trust you, and it will be worth the travel time to have the care you have shown me. Thank you for your service.
