liftngwaght, Checking in again to be the whistling noise has not returned. We do apologize again for this happening after your main visit for the water pump. It's a tricky little that has to be aligned exact or else you get the whistling. Thank you for commenting and bringing this to our attention. We have reviewed this issue with all our technicians to be sure in the future we double check the alinement of this piece to chances of this happening again.
