Made an appointment for service due to a grinding noise and a whistling noise. Grinding noise was found to be a bad water pump and was replaced with no problems. Was given a cost for the service and it was performed in the time indicated. My problem was with the whistling noise. I had a recall service performed 2 months ago that Scion recommends. This recall when done improperly creates a whistling sound when the vehicle is accelerating. I have brought my vehicle in 3 times due to this whistling problem and I was told there is nothing that can be done for the issue. A quick google search shows that this is a common problem when the recall install is done improperly. Younger still has my business but I will be calling Scion to get the whistling sound resolved. More

Jason was extremely helpful to me yesterday. My schedule was tight and I had called to request my appointment be moved to an earlier time. Theresa told me that I could bring my vehicle in earlier and this was tight and I had called to request my appointment be moved to an earlier time. Theresa told me that I could bring my vehicle in earlier and this was wonderful! When I got to the dealership for my earlier time, Jason was terrific! There was a tiny bit of confusion, since my appointment had been changed, but Jason handled it in stride. In addition, my service was for more than just the oil change that I had thought it was... I needed a full 20,000 mile check-up! So, even though my change in plans threw a wrench into Jason's schedule, he got me out very quickly and with a smile! Heck, they even washed my car! Thank you, Jason! More
I came in for the 130,000 mile service. I was previously there for 125,000 service. You all had a special going on for $17.95 for oil change etc. I don't understand why I have an oil change and an alignment there for 125,000 service. You all had a special going on for $17.95 for oil change etc. I don't understand why I have an oil change and an alignment and get charged $180+ including taxes, etc. Why can't I get the oil change special and then you add the alignment charges to that? This is why I didn't bring my car there for service for over a year and went elsewhere. The only reason why I came back was because you sent me a coupon book to use which made the service much more reasonable and not so gouging prices. Look up my records and you'll see I did not bring my car in for many months for service. I told you I purchase my tires at Costco and didn't need the rotation of my tires or balancing and that only took $20 some dollars off my pre-set price. Then you recommend I get 4 new tires with my next service.......I don't think so. Carolyn Zimmer More
I took my truck to Younger because my chrome on the truck was tarnished. I bought the truck from Younger with the chrome already on the truck but they would not do anything for me. They said it could not be covered under my warranty because it was an aftermarket product. If it is an aftermarket product why was it on the truck when I purchased the vehicle. If I have a bumper to bumper waranty shouldn't everything be covered? The only option they gave me was that they would take the chrome of and charge me for the maintanence. I don't understand why I should have to pay for something that I paid extra money for in the first place. Usually I have had exceptional service at Younger but I was very disappointed this time. More
