Everyone was prompt and friendly. They gave recommendations and asked if there were any questions. The oil wasn't changed with the 25K check-up and it has not been changed since about 15K. I realize how busy you are keeping on top of everything in the service department, but you still took time for the above and with such a friendly manner too! I so like the tube steps and they add to the Rav4 appearance too, as well as being able to get in and out easier~being alittle below average in height. Doug is such a savvy service tech., and couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly. As for the price I was competely satisfied. But on my next appt., I want to take advantage of your manicure service. The snack bar is so nice also. Everything about Younger is just top of the line! my best regards, Joan Clauson More
