Thank you for taking the time to comnplete the Dealer Rater survey. We appreciate the feedback we receive from our customers. In response to your concern regarding the brake fluid : Our technicians carefully inspect every vehicle and one part of the inspection is the brake fluid. Brake fluid should be golden in color, almost transparent. Eventually, due to climate changes, the fluid loses its ability to lubricate and at that point industry standards suggest a brake fluid flush. A rule of thumb is every two to three years. I can assure we would never make a service reccommendation to you, our customer, that wasn't valid, and we honor any decision you make. Sincerely, Rita Warchol Public Relations Administrator

Thank you for completing the survey. We appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry your service requires another visit, but I understand your service advisor has been in contact with you and we will reschedule your second appointment and provide you with a loaner while your car is being serviced. Since your original appointment was on December 23rd we weren't able to keep your car overnight because we were closed the 24th, Christmas Eve. I want to assure you that it the brakes were truly a safety concern you would have been notified and that service would have been performed, with your authorization, in place of the detail. Your technician noted that the brakes are at minimum thickness and should be re-inspected within the next two months.
