After purchasing my pre-owned certified Toyota from a dealership in New Jersey, it did not pass inspection in Maryland for an item that should have been addressed prior to certified sale. A bit disappointed, within the same day of taking it to Younger Toyota(near where we live and would have bought if they would have had an AWD model), Rhonda was able to confirm the defect, contact the dealership and begin the process with Toyota corporate of addressing the issue. With limited sincerity from the original dealership to stand by their product, this blessing of a "new" van to replace our dependable but cramped 4runner (which we kept) for our growing family could have irreparably tarnished our committment to purchasing Toyota vehicles. Instead, just days after these unfortunate circumstances, and over the busy Christmas holiday no less, Rhonda had the near impossible part found, installed, and our vehicle safely back in our hands. We love the van and beleive we made the right purchase, not to mention a great deal on it from a certified Toyota dealership. However, it is hard as a consumer in the car buying process to put a price on "service", and in this case Younger went above and beyond those expectations earning our trust and more importantly a customer of the Toyota experience we have come to know and beleive in for the many cars we know will come in our years ahead. More
4 hrs for new tires and brake job is ridiculous! When I made the appontment I was told that the day was wide open for appointments. Although I was treated exceptionaly well and my 4Runner looked beautiful, I was called at 2:00pm and told my truck was "ready". When I came at 5pm to pick it up adam was proud of how nice the wash and clea looked beautiful, I was called at 2:00pm and told my truck was "ready". When I came at 5pm to pick it up adam was proud of how nice the wash and cleaning was on my truck, I had to ask how my check up went. No one had printed the report and after doing so I found out i needed brakes and rotors, tires and recommended air duct and fuel injector cleaning. I would at least have had the brakes done right away and now I have to make another appointment and get dropped off and picked up. It seems in an effort to make me a new, satisfied customer, the purpose of the check up was lost. I will be back to get brakes and I will be bringing my 09' Corrolla back as the front right wheel is making "soft thumping" noises where the tire went flat. Don't misunderstand, I truly appreciate the cleaning of my truck but I really needed the service work done that was necessary. More

Have dealt with other auto dealer service departments when we owned Fords, Hondas, and VWs. Younger is by far the best! I don't ever feel that I am being taken advantage of for service that is not required. I would buy another Toyota, just to know I could come to their service department! But I do love my Toyota! It has been a wonderful vehicle! I put over 100 miles a day on it driving two and from work, so I am an extreme driver. Younger Motors, you have my loyality. More
