5 Stars I have dealt with Younger Toyota Service and Denny on many occasions now. Most recently, a frame replacement recall was performed by Younger on my Tac I have dealt with Younger Toyota Service and Denny on many occasions now. Most recently, a frame replacement recall was performed by Younger on my Tacoma. While this recall required having my truck out of service for quite an extended period of time, I was provided a rental and the staff at Younger made sure all was well. I'm still in amazement at how a truck can literally be disassembled piece by piece and put back together without so much as a squeak or rattle! This is bad for Younger though as I am going to hold off on that new Tundra purchase since I feel like I'm now in a new truck! When Tundra time comes though, I'll be visiting 1945 Dual Highway! New vehicle purchase I was in the dealership for service on a vehicle. I was looking around at new vehicles while waiting even though I had no real intention of buying a n I was in the dealership for service on a vehicle. I was looking around at new vehicles while waiting even though I had no real intention of buying a new vehicle. John introduced himself and we began to chat. He talked to me about how I liked the vehicle I was having serviced (2017 Toyota Sienna). He asked if I was interested in any of the vehicles I was looking at. I said not really but I did like the look of the new Highlanders. John asked if I had ever driven one and I said no. He suggested we go for a drive. We did and he explained probably everything there was to know about the Highlander. There was no rush or pressure whatsoever. When we returned to the dealership he asked if he may give me an offer for my Sienna and a price on the Highlander. I said yes and he spent a few minutes away and came back with offers for both. I said no thanks, that there was too much difference. He asked how much was too much. He then asked if I would mind waiting another minute or two while he spoke with his manager. Well, I was very surprised when he came back with the literal "offer I couldn't refuse". This was the easiest new vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. No pressure, no bs, highly professional, answered every concern and question and walked me through every step. Even though I wasn't prepared with the title to the Sienna he said there was no problem to bring it back the next day. This was a pleasant total experience. More

In addition he could not provide valid reasoning for why the repairs are taking so long. He was rude and short and did not provide any customer service satisfactory of my business as I have provided Younger with my personal business and referred various people who have purchased cars with them in the past. This needs to be addressed being I requested to speak with someone else and still have not heard back from anyone at younger addressing my concerns. If I could rate a zero out of five stars believe me I WOULD! THIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE More
Communication was poor and unorganized Had my Toyota Tacoma in for a frame replacement. Turned the rental in early and gave them an extra week to complete the work. The truck wasn't done when I returned, it was filthy and parts were damaged which weren't originally damaged. Discussed this with them and the process of poor communication. I even tried to contact/request three times about a trade and had to push them to try and sell me a truck, even that wasn't easy. More
